Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ Terms and Conditions:

 

Course Fees

Reservations are made on the basis that training courses will be charged at the rate in effect on the date of course commencement. The course price does not cover any travel, accommodation or living expenses, which the delegate may incur in attending a Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ course.

 

Payment Terms

Payment in full is to be made at least 6 working days in advance of course commencement. QHEH reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel the booking if payment in full is not received on time. Certificates will not be issued until the course has been paid in full. QHEH will submit an invoice to company clients on receipt of a company Purchase Order, which is due for payment by return. Payment is to be made to the bank account nominated by Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ .

 

Individual clients may pay by cheque, made payable by paypal or bank transfer which must be received at least 6 days prior to course commencement.

 

Transfers

Clients may transfer to another training course if the request is received at least 6 working days before commencement of the training course already booked. If the request is received less than 6 working days before commencement of the course already booked, your place may not be transferred unless agreed by Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™. Bookings can be transferred to another client at any time up to the day before course commencement.

 

Cancellations

Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ reserve the right to cancel or change any scheduled course and undertake to provide reasonable notice of the cancellation or change except in the instance of an emergency. Should Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ cancel a course clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ liability for such cancellation shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid for such course.

 

You may cancel bookings by notifying QHEH at least 6 working days before commencement of the training course. If payment has been made a refund will be arranged and the booking will be removed from Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™. No additional fee is charged for this. If your cancellation notice is received less than 6 working days before commencement of the course, you will be liable for the full amount of the course fees unless an alternative date is booked and agreed by Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ at the time of cancellation.

 

Prerequisites and Admission

Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual whom they consider to be unsuitable for admission to the course premises or to remove any such person after the commencement of a course. Intellectual Property Rights

 

All copyright, design right and other intellectual property rights used, created or embodied in or arising out of or in connection with the delivery of the services remains the sole property of Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ and the client shall not during or at any time after the completion of the services dispute the ownership of such rights. All materials and information (in whatever form) provided by Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ in connection with the services shall not be copied, distributed or be made available to third parties and shall be used only for the purpose for which they were provided. The client is, subject to the previous paragraph, entitled to keep for their own use any course materials that are issued to them. You are not, without Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ prior written consent, entitled to copy any materials (including course materials) provided to you by Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ .

 

Force Majeure

If Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ is unable to provide any course, or any part of any course, for any reason beyond Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ reasonable control, Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ shall be entitled to postpone or cancel that course, or part of it. Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ shall try to agree with the client an alternative mutually acceptable date and/or time to provide the postponed/cancelled training, but shall be under no obligation to do so. If no agreement can be reached on rescheduling such training, Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ will make no charge for the cancelled training (or, as appropriate, will refund the cost of it to the client).

 

Termination

Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ may terminate this Agreement immediately if the client materially breaches the terms of the Agreement and does not remedy that breach (if it is capable of remedy) within such reasonable period as QHEH specifies. Upon termination of this Agreement for whatever reason the client shall pay to Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ any outstanding monies due under this Agreement up to and including the date of termination.

 

Indemnity

For limited company clients Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ and the client will indemnify and hold harmless each other in respect of any loss, damage or impairments to their respective property and any death, injury or illness to their respective employees arising from or in connection with Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ courses whether or not this may be caused by negligence, error or omission of the party so indemnified. Notwithstanding the above, neither Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ nor the client shall make any claim against or be liable to the other in respect of any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to the loss of profit, and business interruption arising or alleged to arise out of either party's failure to properly carry out it’s obligation or from any other circumstances or cause including negligence.

 

General Areas of Note

Clients are responsible for their own physical and mental well being at all times. Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ is not in itself a complementary health methodology. Clients are reminded that their primary health care responsibility lies with their General

 

Practitioner.

Clients must meet and be able to produce prior to commencement of the course proof of any prerequisites set out for each course. Clients must have proficient skills in English, both oral and written. All courses are offered on the basis of Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ being satisfied that there are sufficient clients to justify running the course. If at any time determines that the number of clients does not justify running any course and decides to cancel or postpone a training course, Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ liability for such cancellation shall be limited to a refund of any fees paid for such course. No refunds shall be given if the client attends any rescheduled course or any other course instead of the cancelled course.

 

Personal belongings and items belonging to the client brought on to the training premises are the sole responsibility of the owner. Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ accepts no responsibility for damage or loss to such items.

 

All bookings on courses are subject to the above terms and conditions and your acceptance of them constitutes a legally binding contract. You will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (a) at the time of booking if booked online on Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ internet web site or (b), for bookings made in any other way, unless Quantum Holographic Echo Healing™ receives written notice from you to the contrary within seven days of our sending you this document.
